Step-by-step process of shipping your pet

Shipment information.
In the first step, we need some basic details of the shipment:
a. kind/breed
b. number of pcs
c. weight
d. dimensions (length, width, height – measured when standing upright, including ears)
e. estimated date of shipping
f. place of shipment/pickup
Transport cost estimate.
Based on the gathered information, we prepare an estimate of the costs of sending the shipment.
Date reservation.
After the price has been accepted, we reserve the date selected by the customer. In this step, we need the following details of both the recipient and sender:
a. Name and surname
b. Contact details (phone number, email address)
c. Address of residence
Documents to be prepared by the sender:
a. Health certificate
b. Passport with the necessary vaccinations and examinations
c. Import permit (if required)
We prepare the documentation necessary on our part
The sender delivers the pet to the airport no later than 6 hours before the flight.
Pickup from any location is possible for an additional fee.
